Our Chinese name is 安糯 — ān, calm and safe, paired with nuò, soft and gentle. It is a small brief, but most pet products fail it: too loud, too fragile, or designed for the photograph rather than the Tuesday evening.
Anno is a Hangzhou-based team working across software, connected hardware and consumer goods. We build our own product specifications, source from factories we have visited, and keep the range deliberately short so that every item can be supported properly after it ships.
