1. Who we are
This site is operated by Hangzhou Anno Technology Co., Ltd. (杭州安糯科技有限公司), registered at Room 1911-1, Building 3, Euro-America Financial City, Cangqian Street, Yuhang District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China. You can reach us at hello@anno-tek.com.
2. What we collect
Only what you send us. If you use the enquiry form or WhatsApp, we receive the name, company, country, email address, phone number and message you choose to provide. We use it to answer your enquiry and to follow up on quotations and orders.
This website does not set advertising cookies and does not run third-party tracking pixels. If we add analytics later, this page will say so before it goes live.
3. How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the commercial relationship is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards so that repeat orders and warranty questions can be handled. You can ask us to delete your record at any time.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or rent contact data. Information is shared with a factory or a forwarder only where that is necessary to quote or deliver your order, and only the part that is needed.
5. Quotations and samples
Prices, MOQ and lead times given by email or WhatsApp are indicative until confirmed on a proforma invoice. Product images and specifications are provided in good faith and may be revised as products are improved; the specification on the PI is the one that applies to your order.
6. Trademarks
“Anno” and “安糯” are our trademarks. Product photography, copy and layout on this site belong to Hangzhou Anno Technology Co., Ltd. and may not be reused in your own marketing without written permission. If you are a reseller, ask us — we usually say yes, and we will send high-resolution assets.
