What is your MOQ?
It depends on the SKU and how much you want changed. Stock colours and packaging start lower than a custom carton, and custom tooling is a separate project. We quote the MOQ per product so the number you get is the number that applies.
Can you put my logo on the product?
Yes. Depending on the material we use pad printing, laser marking, moulded-in logos or labels, and we always send a photo of the first article for approval before the run continues.
Do you supply certificates?
We share the test reports that exist for the SKUs you shortlist, and we tell you plainly which ones are missing rather than implying everything is certified. For camera and app-connected products we also discuss data handling with you before you list them.
Can you ship to Amazon FBA?
Yes. We handle FNSKU labels, carton marking and the pallet configuration your forwarder asks for.
Do you support dropshipping?
Yes — single-unit pick and pack with your packing slip. It is the cheapest way to test whether a product sells before you commit to inventory.
What are your payment terms?
Typically a deposit with the balance before shipment, confirmed on the proforma invoice. Terms are agreed per order and per customer.
How long does production take?
It is confirmed in writing on the PI for each order, because it varies by SKU, customisation and season. We would rather give you a date we can hold than an optimistic one.
Can I visit?
Yes. Our office is in Yuhang District, Hangzhou, and we can arrange factory visits by appointment — including during the Canton Fair.
